PROTECT the peacekeeper (the blue character) because he is your shovel slave and gets rid of the evidence.
SHOOT the reporters (the brown characters). NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY! the people must never know about your mishap!
SHOOT the terrorists (the dark blue characters going after the peacekeeper). It is not nice to have personal opinions.
AVOID civilian casualities (the characters moving randomly around) because killing them may increase the amount of terrorists.
